I am a wife and mom to 3 kids and have a super busy life. I always ask myself, When can I find time to work out? I came across this great workout plan, Quick Mom Workouts and I just couldn’t seem to get rid of this leftover baby fat until now! My last baby was 6 years ago. I have been an athlete all of my life. I’ve been lean all of my life too, until I had my kids. My belly fat is my worst area.
