<p>Wow! I can&#8217;t believe that a whole year has passed since I started this <a href="http://fatlossbyeatingwhatuwant.com" target="_blank">fitness blog</a>. I know that I should have a contest to celebrate but I just have so many other projects going on right now.</p>
<p>So I just decided to write about what the past year has brought me in terms of my fitness goals.</p>

<p>Yes, the resources featured here on this blog are all catalysts that have helped me to lose my belly fat, trim my thighs, and tone my arms again. My results didn&#8217;t come from some magic pill or a fad diet.</p>
<p>My results are from a focused nutrition plan (eating supportive foods every 3-4 hours) with the help of some protein and meal replacements shakes when sound nutrition wasn&#8217;t available.</p>
<p>My fitness plan includes resistance and interval training for only 15 minutes a day for 6 days / week. I have seen more results in 3 months than in the 8 years that I&#8217;ve been trying to make this happen.</p>
