Boy do I have the goodies for you! My fitness trainer, Holly Rigsby, just gave me some incredible tips to loose my muffin top. Although I have lost 4 inches in my belly in the last few weeks, my muffin top is still very present although it is starting to disappear. What is a muffin top, you ask? This is the cute and cuddly term given to the layer of belly fat that spills over the top of your jeans, shorts or slacks. Don’t you just hate that?
There are certain exercises that specifically focus on the core area of your body that increase your metabolism faster and helps to flatten your belly as well as your muffin top. Good nutrition is still a key factor coupled with these specific targetted belly flattener exercises. I love to find target focused exercises that bring the most benefit for certain trouble areas.
