Wow! I can’t believe that a whole year has passed since I started this fitness blog. I know that I should have a contest to celebrate but I just have so many other projects going on right now.
So I just decided to write about what the past year has brought me in terms of my fitness goals.

Yes, the resources featured here on this blog are all catalysts that have helped me to lose my belly fat, trim my thighs, and tone my arms again. My results didn’t come from some magic pill or a fad diet.
My results are from a focused nutrition plan (eating supportive foods every 3-4 hours) with the help of some protein and meal replacements shakes when sound nutrition wasn’t available.
My fitness plan includes resistance and interval training for only 15 minutes a day for 6 days / week. I have seen more results in 3 months than in the 8 years that I’ve been trying to make this happen.
