		<description>Thank you for good tips. I would say  that sleep is very important, and weight training.  And sometimes we eat hidden calories (dressings for salads, too many fruits or peanuts etc). </description>

		<description>Well shoot I managed for 4 1/2 years to stay at what I thought was a perfect weight for me and didn&#039;t gain anything but a few lbs here and there.  Now it seems like every month I am gaining 3 - 4lbs that does not want to leave.  I will continue to stay prayerful and realize that it is going to take some time before I see results.

		<description>I am guilty of all of them.  Within the last year I have managed to gain 26lbs, which I am totally unhappy about.  I know in the beginning I was really stressed, unemployed and not doing any form of exercise.  I have been working since December and in a new relationship since August.  Everyone is telling me that because I am stress free, in a new relationship that I am just comfortable.  This is not acceptable.  Plus I want everything, right now!!!!</description>
