Need a way to keep track of your fitness on the go? MyNetDiary.com is one of the best fitness and weight loss phone apps that I’ve found that keeps track of
my calorie counts, exercise regimen and body measurements. I’ve tried Calorie Counter and some other applications but MyNetDiary.com is the most comprehensive application for the Blackberry or Iphone.
There is a food catalog (88,000 food database) to choose from various food types as well as an option to add in your custom foods. It is fast and easy to enter your foods and it stores previously entered food for you.
The versatility is incredible. You have the option to update via your PC or your mobile and both are updated in real time. I can’t tell you the number of times that I’ve been at an outing and wanted to add in my calorie count after I inhaled my food.
People have more success in their weight loss journey by keeping a food journal. One of my best friends recently lost 9 lbs just by using MyNetDiary.com with no exercise! Nutrition is a major contributing factor to your weight loss.
I have been super busy in the last 3 weeks and haven’t worked out (bad girl) and I have recently lost 4 lbs just by keeping a food journal. I do plan to get
back on track with my exercise regimen, but it’s awesome to know that I’m still losing those unwanted pounds just by tracking my nutrition.
There is also an activity catalog where you can choose from various activities to list as your exercise. I thought it was hilarious to see an entire folder on Sexual Activity with these sub titles:
