How to Workout with Your Kids at Home

My kiddos (aged 4 and 7) watched this video from my fitness trainer, Holly Rigsby, with me and were just tickled pink. Although they already workout right beside me, this video gave us some more great ideas!
They can’t wait until my next workout.
Now they are my accountability buggers..Mom when are you going to workout? hee! hee! For those that are overwhelmed with more than 1 child, it works out for us to take turns with each child or have an older child work on the next step of the workout.
Summer time can definitely be more of a challenge to take a shower for some moms, let alone attempt to workout. This video below shows some great examples of how to have fun with your kids and still get a workout in for you. I have 2 moms that I’m working out with later this week that just had babies to keep them motivated. Have fun and stay fit this summer!
