I have been a lean athlete all of my life and my beautiful kids ruined my perfectly flat belly.</p>
<p>Since then I&#8217;ve been providing some of the best information that I&#8217;m using that has helped me to lose my belly fat.</p>
<p>I ran across these facts from Jayson Hunter, a registered dietitian for over 10 years and owner of <a href="http://yourprogradeproducts.com/protein-powder.html" target="_blank">Prograde Nutrition</a>. I am amazed at the wealth of information that I receive in regards to nutrition from him.</p>
<p>Anyway, let&#8217;s get to today&#8217;s easy lesson. Check this out:</p>

<p>- Increased Protein intake triggers the hormone <strong>Glucagon</strong>.</p>
<p>- This, in turn, prevents the spiking of your Insulin (which is also a hormone) levels.</p>
<p>- Which simply means you minimize the chance of storing blood sugar as fat.</p>

In other words, eat more protein and you bust your belly flab. Sure, there&#8217;s more to it than that, but that is the crux of it. And so long as you understand the basics you can KEEP the belly flab from coming back.</p>
<p>When you only eat carbs your Insulin levels go through the roof. And all that blood sugar (that&#8217;s what the carbs turn into after you&#8217;ve eaten them) which isn&#8217;t needed by your body MUST go somewhere. Yup, it goes to your belly; or your butt; or your hips; or your thighs&#8230;</p>
<p>I can actually say that I&#8217;ve seen the results of this (I lost 6 inches in my belly fat in 3 months) by eating an omelet every day and adding protein shakes throughout my day. Of course, notice his words &#8220;there&#8217;s more to it&#8221; which are my 15 min / day workouts and a focused nutrition plan.</p>

<p>Jayden, 7 yr old as The Black Elvis and Nelia, 3.5 yr old who can&#8217;t wait to be a USC cheerleader (little does she know she has to major in engineering like her mama!) They are cute so I guess I&#8217;ll keep them. They are constantly asking me why I&#8217;m doing so many exercises. <p>My goal is to be a fit yummy mummy with this <a href="http://quickmomworkouts.com" target="_blank">Quick Mom Workout</a> plan. Most women complain that they don&#8217;t have enough time to exercise. Well this plan doesn&#8217;t allow you to use that excuse. There are 2 options for the busy mom. You can work out for 15 mins/day for 6 days or 30 mins every 3 days. The specific exercises in this plan are geared for all of the common mommy trouble spots from belly fat, muffin tops, flabby arms, thunder thighs and large hips.</p>
<p>You don&#8217;t have to be a mom to see results but most moms gravitate to this site due to the effectiveness in a short amount of time. It&#8217;s also more motivating to know that you don&#8217;t have to spend 1.5 to 2 hours in the gym. I do all of my workouts in the comfort of my own home. I also enjoy the savings of a gym membership.</p>

I have some pants that are literally sagging off my waistline. There have been many times where I&#8217;ve done the wrong excercise for a certain area of my body.</p>
<p>I have the leftover pregnancy belly pooch and I would do a bunch of crunches with no result. I&#8217;ve finally been reading and doing my research that I&#8217;ve gotta work my core to start losing in that area. <p>These videos are perfect for the on-the-go mom or just the on-the-go person.  I usually combine a 10 minute workout with a 20 minute one. However, I have to admit that there are times when I&#8217;ve been totally exhausted after a 20 minute workout and I just move on to my next busy agenda item for the day.
